About Us
We are a growing UK-based company specialising in online retail and distribution. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of inventory and customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Supervise and support warehouse staff.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate goods received and returned.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any order-related issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Forklift licence is an advantage (not essential).
