About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Research Analyst & Digital Marketing to join our team and drive growth across leading online platforms, particularly Amazon UK and EU marketplaces. You'll play a key role in analyzing market trends, identifying product opportunities, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to maximise online visibility and sales.

This is a full-time office-based role, ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and the ever-evolving world of online retail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Monitor and report on sales performance, customer behaviour, and keyword ranking.
Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, etc.) to optimise ROI.
Optimise product listings for SEO – including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Track and analyse performance metrics across all digital platforms and suggest actionable improvements.
Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure compelling product presentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce tools, trends, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and other online platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, data tools, or analytics dashboards.
Understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly Amazon Advertising and SEO.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-focused environment.
Knowledge of other online platforms (eBay, Shopify, Temu) is a plus.
Right to work in the UK or eligibility for sponsorship.
